I have chosen to wear the chef’s jacket just like every day I choose what I am and what I want to become: feeling of “belonging.” To myself, to someone, to ideas crossing me.
I have discovered the great strength of the Kitchen, recognizing it as a basic need, a source of emotions, necessary nutrition so that I can give nourishment to others.
I decided to tell my personality and the products I love through my dishes, in a contemporary way, evolving with my personal and professional growth; to use the technique in order to concretely translate what’s in my head, my heart and in my throat. Mine is a type of cooking in progress, a spiral open to all kilometers in the world, a silent story that comes to life in the dining room through the words of my brother Massimo. It’s me.
